Recently, Fincas de Azabache inaugurated a new winery destined to the elaboration of the “Fincas de Azabache” wines. It is a new enological project that highlights the most exclusive wine-growing production.

In this new installations, equipped with the latest  fermentation technologies, they elaborate crianza and reserva wines as well as the new white wines from the white tempranillo and verdejo varieties, as a proof of “Fincas de Azabache” firm wager on quality white wines.

With the starting up of this new winery, they intend also to boost the town enotourism field, as the facilities offer a fully equipped restaurant, a conference hall with a capacity of over 200 people, a projection hall and a profesional tasting room.
