This are days of hard work at the Laboratory with the analysis of our grapes. Along this week we have been monitoring the control samples to follow the evolution of the maturation stage in the grapes of our vineyards.

At the same time we have been informing the growers with White Tempranillo grapes to get ready for a first group to be arranged and start the harvest of this variety at the plots with grapes in their optimum ripening point.

This start is expected to be next week although the exact date is yet to be confirmed.
